Scope

This policy covers this website and the internal tools Macrocosm uses on behalf of its clients, including integrations with the TikTok API for Business and the Meta Marketing and Graph APIs.

Data we process

• Advertising account data of our clients (campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, performance reports), accessed only with the client's authorisation.
• Audience data our clients provide or authorise (custom and lookalike audiences, pixel and conversion events), processed on the client's instructions as a processor.
• Content and comments of the client's business accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok), to publish content and reply to comments on the client's behalf.

This website itself sets no cookies and collects no personal data.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used only to run, measure and report on our clients' own marketing campaigns, under our service contract with each client and the client's instructions (GDPR art. 6.1.b and art. 28).

Sharing and storage

We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data stays in our internal tools hosted in the European Union and is kept for the duration of the engagement, then deleted or returned to the client.

Your rights and data deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or ask us to disconnect an integration, by writing to damiano@macrocosm.be. We answer within 30 days. You can also revoke our app's access at any time from your TikTok Business Center or Meta Business settings. You may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
